DOMESTIC
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. ... Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and US territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
Shipping and/or delivery will not be available on the following days:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Lumère has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Orders cannot be marked as “gifts” or with altered prices to reduce customs fees.
Any shipment held, delayed, or seized by customs is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment to consolidate items for dispatch.
• When “Fast International Shipping” is selected, orders will be shipped via a carrier of our choice (DHL, UPS, or USPS). Typical transit time is 3-5 business days once dispatched, but this may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Lumère is no longer responsible for the shipment. This includes but is not limited to:
Customs delays, holds, or seizures.
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Failed delivery attempts or returned shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lumère will not provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost, damaged, or held by customs once shipped.
EXCEPTIONS
The only exception to the above policy is in the case of a material defect in the product itself. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@lumere.net within 7 days of delivery with detailed information and photos.

Returns and Exchanges
Returned Products must conform to our returns policy below.
All products purchased directly from Lumere are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:
products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and intact ‘do not remove’ tag; We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these criteria.
footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
if the Product comes with a security tag this should be left on;
hosiery should only be returned if it is unopened and is in its original package;
and lingerie and swimwear can not be returned
If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).
You cannot cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following Products:
any Products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered
earrings of any type including costume or fine jewellery
and any garments or cosmetics Products that have had a hygiene label or seal removed or broken.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders represent made-to-order items. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Production Timeline: Pre-orders require a production period of approximately 4–7 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeline is an estimate and does not include shipping.
2. Final Sale: All pre-orders are final sale. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, production delays, or cancellations.
3. No Modifications or Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled once the order is confirmed. This includes changes to size, color, or other specifications.
4. Delivery & Returns: Pre-ordered items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, either before or after delivery, unless the item is proven to be defective upon receipt. Claims of defectiveness must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
5. Production Delays: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions, may result in delays. No refunds, cancellations, or compensation will be provided for delays.
