DOMESTIC

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. ... Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and US territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.

Shipping and/or delivery will not be available on the following days:

February 18th (President’s Day)
May 27th (Memorial Day)
July 4th (Independence Day)
September 2nd (Labor Day)
November 28th (Thanksgiving Day)

INTERNATIONAL

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

  • When "Fast International Shipping" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.

We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Returned Products must conform to our returns policy below.

All products purchased directly from Lumere are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:

  • products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and intact ‘do not remove’ tag; We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these criteria.

  • footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

  • if the Product comes with a security tag this should be left on;

  • hosiery should only be returned if it is unopened and is in its original package;

  • and lingerie and swimwear can not be returned

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).
You cannot cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following Products:

  • any Products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered

  • earrings of any type including costume or fine jewellery

  • and any garments or cosmetics Products that have had a hygiene label or seal removed or broken.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
